Lorry Gilbreath is a loan originator and mortgage banker with over 25 years of experience in the residential lending industry. She covers the Peninsula and Seattle regions and works with the Columbia Bank Wealth Management Teams. Lorry travels throughout the area to meet with customers to discuss their lending needs and makes a priority of understanding her client’s expectations and financial goals when originating or refinancing their residential loan. Lorry has been actively involved with the Boys and Girls Club since 2008 serving on the Advisory Board of Directors. She also serves with her husband in the Coast Guard Auxiliary.

Shelly Parrish is a loan officer for Columbia Bank, specializing in residential lending. Her area of expertise and background spans banking and title escrow, allowing her to understand the entire mortgage process. Mike Coffey is the AVP residential loan officer for Columbia Bank’s Private and Commercial Banking Home Loans department. He serves the Spokane, Ritzville, Pullman, Othello and Coeur d’Alene branches. In his position, Mike focuses on originating purchases and refinancing home loans while assisting bank customers with their specific needs, as well as covering private and commercial banking.
Leanne is a lifetime resident of the Spokane/Coeur d’Alene area who has been in the mortgage lending industry for over 30 years. She grew up building houses with her father and siblings which gave her great knowledge of residential construction which she utilized when she later went into the mortgage business. One of the things that never gets old to Leanne in this business is the great feeling of helping someone achieve their dream of owning their first home or possibly their later in life dream home. Every borrower has a different story but they all want the same thing which is to own a home or refinance their home and Leanne tries to make the path to the end result as easy as possible. She has experience with all mortgage loan products from the first time home buyer programs to Jumbo loans.
Leanne has been involved with many industry organizations including Spokane Mortgage Lenders, Spokane Association of Realtors and the Spokane Home builders. She has also worked with Habitat for Humanity, Community Frameworks and the Pacific Northwest Mortgage Lenders Association. Outside of work she has been involved with Blessings Under the Bridge, Vanessa Behan Crisis Nursery, The Lands Council, Relay for Life and several local animal rescue groups.
As a residential mortgage consultant, Wanda assists the residents of Washington, Multnomah, Clackamas and Lincoln counties, and helps determine the best residential home loan options available to them. Communication is her number one goal, and Wanda is an expert in being honest and detailed on how to make it all happen.
With over 27 years of banking experience, Wanda offers her customers unparalleled knowledge and expertise in every aspect of the lending process. She provides clear explanations of the specifics on residential loans, which makes her ideal when working with first-time home buyers.
Wanda graduated from Hillsboro High School, and still has deep roots in her Oregon hometown. Both she and her husband contribute time to their community. Wanda’s husband coached baseball in Hillsboro for the past 25 years, and the couple still provides their services and support to the local Hillsboro schools.
As a mortgage loan consultant, Trisha provides residential mortgage lending expertise to customers in the Southwest Oregon region. Her clients come from a range of local communities such as Canby, Woodburn, Molalla, Silverton and Newberg.
Trisha believes that being open, honest and providing each client personalized attention makes for the most successful loan process. No two clients are the same, and with nearly 10 years of experience, Trisha believes building and maintaining trusting relationships is the cornerstone of her position.
Trisha currently volunteers her time to the Canby Booster Club and Canby youth football, lacrosse and basketball teams.
Marc D’Andrea brings 15 years of banking and mortgage lending experience to Columbia Bank as a Residential Loan Officer, based in Coeur d’Alene. He serves Kootenai County, Shoshone County, as well as handling select business sourced from Columbia Bank branches in Clarkston and Colfax.
As a trusted advisor, Marc works closely with clients to find personalized, tailored solutions to meet their needs. He believes that his expertise can tie the entire mortgage process together for his clients, from application to close. Prior to joining Columbia Bank, Marc was a residential loan officer with Panhandle State Bank and Wells Fargo Bank.
Currently, Marc is actively involved with the North Idaho Building Contractors Association (NIBCA). He is a graduate of Saint Mary’s College in California.
Lora has been a resident of North Idaho for much of her adult life and has worked in the mortgage lending industry for 36 years. Lora takes the time to personally connect to each of her clients and establish a relationship that often becomes a friendship. She is very experienced with all mortgage programs and this enables her to find the right fit for each client. Lora is very dedicated to her clients and her philosophy is that even if she cannot make a loan to you today she will educate you and work with you until she is able to put you into a new home or refinance your existing home.
Lora is very family orientated and most of her free time is spent doing activities with her family in and around the Sandpoint area. Traveling to new and exciting places around the country with her family is also a favorite activity. She is also involved in the Selkirk Association of Realtors, Past Chairperson of the Board for the Music Conservatory of Sandpoint as well as volunteering at her church and her children’s school.
